Drive into town always straight, passing the 3 roundabouts; 75m after the 3rd roundabout, you turn left and immediatly right and again straight ahead.
At the end of the street you turn left and again straight ahead, along the Ludwig street, passing the "vital spa bath", spa house, and spa garden, the cinema and the Wienerwald restaurant. After the Wienerwald restaurant, you take the next street right (Oststr.) and the second street you turn right again into Lorettostr.

Turn into right after 50m into the next court yard - here we are!
